Data Protection

We, Köstritzer Schwarzbierbrauerei GmbH, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to the rules of the Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz). Personal data is only collected to the extent that this technically necessary on this website. In no case is the collected data sold or transmitted to third parties for other reasons.

On visiting our webpages, our webserver automatically saves the domain name and IP address of your Internet Service Provider including the date, time and duration of your visit, the subpages/URLs that you visit and information on the computer/software used to view our pages. Furthermore, we store usage-related information that arises through the use of our services. This includes, among other things, transaction information (especially downloads and uploads of our products or recommendations) and order and payment transactions.  Your personal data is only stored if you voluntarily provide this to us, in particular as part of a required online registration.

Your data primarily serves the orderly provision and settlement of our services, in particular the identification, authorisation and authentication of your person for the use of our website and the client software provided by us. The data is also used to adjust and optimise our offer to your wishes and preferences that result from your usage behaviour.
